One of my abstract cold wax pieces will be featured in the online and in-person exhibit What If at Gallery 114 in Portland, Oregon. This exhibit is inspired by the following excerpt from a Shel Silverstein poem What If??
“Last night while I lay thinking here
some What Ifs crawled inside my ear
and pranced and partied all night long
and sang their same What If song”
The show will be up until January 28th. See the show here.
‘The sun, as it set, struck fire to the trees along the shoreline … high above the water, a flight of Canada geese, late in migrating, pointed themselves south in a long dark finger, and fled the North Woods.’ -Boundary Waters, William Kent Krueger
